Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is required to start but you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and you owe nothing.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per shop, sized by team. You pay one flat monthly rate based on how many team members you need. You are not charged per deal, per employee added, or per transaction.
What do I get on each plan?
Both plans include the full deal desk, inventory, and reports. COUNTER ($20/mo) covers 4 team members. SHOP ($40/mo) covers 10 members and includes Vendor Mode (card show management) and SlabTrack (grading submission tracking) at no extra cost.
What happens if I need more team members?
Upgrade your plan at any time. You will only be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes, as long as your current team size fits within the lower plan's seat limit. You will receive a prorated credit on your next invoice.
